Introduction
A wealth tracker may contain sensitive account values even when it cannot move money. That makes clear privacy boundaries important.
Reduce the credentials you share
Total Wealth Tracker's manual workflow does not require brokerage usernames or passwords. You enter an account name and values yourself, so the tracker can provide a combined view without logging into your broker.
Privacy features available in the product
- Amount masking: Hide balances on the Overview when needed.
- Email verification: Cloud account registration can verify the email address used for the account.
- Workspace roles: Shared portfolios support owner, editor and viewer roles.
- Data export: Account data can be exported through the GDPR flow.
- Account deletion: Permanent cloud-account deletion is available with password confirmation.
Know the current limits
The product does not currently provide two-factor authentication or suspicious-activity alerts. We also avoid making broad claims such as end-to-end encryption, independent security audits or guaranteed protection unless those controls are specifically implemented and documented.
Sharing with a partner
Partner sharing is optional. If you use it, choose the appropriate role and only invite someone you trust with the portfolio information in that workspace.
